How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then shipped. From the day your order ships, estimated delivery is: Israel 5-10 business days, United States 7-14 business days, Canada 8-15 business days, United Kingdom 8-16 business days, and the rest of the world 10-20 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Import duties, VAT, or handling fees may apply depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you'll receive one by email as soon as your order ships. It can take 2-5 business days to become active.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email support@getcomfytail.com with your order number to start a return.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.
Sizing
How do I pick the right size for harnesses and collars?
Our harnesses and collars come in Small, Medium, and Large. As a general guide: Small suits dogs under 10kg, Medium suits 10-25kg, and Large suits dogs over 25kg. Measure your dog's chest girth or neck if you're between sizes, and size up for a looser, more comfortable fit.
Do beds, mats, and carriers come in different sizes too?
Yes — our dog beds, the self-cooling mat, and the travel carrier are all available in Small, Medium, and Large to match your pet's size.
Product Care
How do I clean my ComfyTail products?
Most fabric items (beds, mattresses, carrier base pads) have a removable, machine-washable or wipe-clean cover — check the specific product description for exact care instructions. Harnesses and collars can be wiped down with a damp cloth; avoid harsh detergents, which can wear down reflective threading.
Are these products safe for all pets?
Our products are pet accessories, not medical devices. Always supervise your pet when introducing something new, choose the correct size, and consult your vet if your pet has a health condition that affects mobility, sleep, or feeding.
